At Luxoblu, we are committed to delivering premium fragrance products with quality and care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, our return and refund policy follows standard ecommerce fragrance practices commonly adopted by perfume brands in India.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, perfumes once opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged. Fragrance preferences are highly personal and may vary from individual to individual.

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived leaked, broken, or defective

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting images and an unboxing video for verification purposes.

Eligibility for Return Approval

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must remain unused
  • Original packaging, labels, and box must be intact
  • Proof of damage or incorrect delivery must be provided
  • The request must be raised within the specified reporting timeline

Luxoblu reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable business processing period.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Luxoblu reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete customer information

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns
  • Gift boxes or customized packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

Important Notes

  • Minor packaging variations may occur depending on production batches.
  • Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, and storage conditions.
  • Customers are advised to review fragrance notes carefully before placing an order.
