All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During product launches, sales, or festive periods, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Across India

Luxoblu currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or courier-related circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible prepaid orders during active promotions or campaigns.
  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout before payment confirmation.

Luxoblu reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier tracking link provided after dispatch.

Delivery Guidelines

Address Changes

Shipping address modifications can only be requested before the order is dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, address changes may not be possible.
